INGREDIENTS: Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Oil, Mentha Spicata (Spearmint) Oil, Thymus Zygis (Thyme) Oil.

SUGGESTED USE

TOPICAL: Dilute with carrier oil prior to application (3-6 drops essential oil per fluid ounce of carrier oil).

AROMATIC: Diffuse according to recommended use on diffuser. Can be used with terracotta light ring diffuser. Add four drops to ring and follow standard directions.

WARNINGS/CAUTIONS:  For external use only. Use only as directed. After application, avoid direct sunlight as some essential oils can cause photosensitivity. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Seek medical attention if irritation persists. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children.
