INGREDIENTS: Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Abies Sibirica (Fir Needle) Oil, Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense) Oil, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus (Lemongrass) Oil.

SUGGESTED USE

TOPICAL: Dilute with carrier oil prior to application (3-6 drops essential oil per fluid ounce of carrier oil).

AROMATIC: Diffuse according to recommended use on diffuser. Can be used with terracotta light ring diffuser. Add four drops to ring and follow standard directions.
